For the last 8 years, I've been a customer of The Case Factory. I've tried out bags, laptop sleeves, and mostly iPhone cases.

Not too long ago, I picked up a crocodile print iPhone case, and I’m super pleased with it.

As a mom of three, my phone has taken a beating—I've dropped it countless times and used it in some pretty crazy spots in the kitchen. It has held up through all the chaos.

I placed an order for a case back in August 2020, but there was no tracking number provided. I hung in there for two months before reaching out to them, thinking maybe the delays were due to covid. They informed me that I’d get a tracking ID once they restocked, but I’m still left empty-handed.

Edit: Seems like I’m not alone in this. Others have received the wrong items, been told their orders were out of stock, and offered discounts instead. Don’t get taken in by this, it’s a scam.

Not great quality, my last iPhone case held up for 2 years (got worn out), but this one fell apart after just 4 or 5 months. It looks nice, but honestly, it ain't worth the cash.

AVOID THESE FRAUDSTERS AT ALL COSTS

I TRIED TO BUY IT TODAY, Wed 25th Nov 2020, Australian time, and it would’ve gone through.

The same item is just $14.72 on eBay.

You’re offering it for $19.99 on your site, but there are other colors available, not just black.

I compared the one you’re selling with what’s on your site, and the flap tab is different. The shape doesn’t match.

Please refund my money in full. You should’ve sent me my item instead of lying about it being sold out.

If that’s the case, take it off your website right away.
